ABOUT HARTGEN

Hartgen is a small business dedicated to providing responsive and effective Cultural Resource Management services to our clients. Established in 1973, Hartgen has successfully completed thousands of archeological and historical resource studies throughout the Northeast. 

Hartgen's team of dedicated cultural resource professionals are well versed in Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and other cultural resource regulations.

Our clients come from the public and private sectors, including federal and state agencies, municipalities, engineering and architectural firms, developers, preservation groups, and non-profit organizations.
