The Stanwix Hall Hotel Menus Menus rarely survive except in archives and private collections. A small selection of menus from 1908, 1909, and 1910 was found. They have been included as a way to compare what was found in the ground from 30 years before with what was served during the early twentieth century. |

In 1909, the logo on the menu had changed, though it was not used on each menu. The appearance of the menu changed regularly, unlike modern menus that try to keep a regular appearance. Several menus for 1909 can be seen: April 1909 (with a seperate cover), May 1909, and September 1909. The September 1909 menu was apparently used in both Rome and Canastota, another canal town to the west of Rome.
